In the case of two of these vessels , available databases report that the status of the ship at the time of sighting was “dead”. Alleged IUU vessels in this document MELILLA No.103, MELILLA No.101, TONINA V, LILA No.10, No 2 CHOYU, ACROS No.3, ACROS No.2, No.3 CHOYU and ORIENTE No.7 have subsequently been placed on the ICCAT IUU Vessel List as a direct consequence of this document."
