Notes:	Jia Yu Fa, a Taiwanese flagged longliner, was documented by the helicopter of the Greenpeace ship Esperanza during the Defending Our Pacific tour 2009. Jia Yu Fa was transferring fish to the vessel Her Hae in the high seas south of the waters of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Jia Yu Fa holds a fishing license from the Federated States of Micronesia, and a condition of that license prohibits the transfer of fish at sea. Upon Greenpeace documenting the illegal transfer by helicopter, the two vessels parted and fled in different directions.
