Notes:	Her Hae, a Taiwanese flagged longliner, was documented by the helicopter of the Greenpeace ship Esperanza during the Defending Our Pacific tour 2009. Her Hae was receiving fish from the vessel Jia Yu Fa in the high seas south of the waters of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Jia Yu Fa, another Taiwanese longliner, is not authorised to transfer fish at sea under the terms of their fishing license with the Federated States of Micronesia. Upon Greenpeace documenting the illegal transfer by helicopter, the two vessels parted and fled in different directions.
